Secretly Low Fat Low-Calorie Chocolate Nut Butter Spread: 3 ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • Difficulty: toddler
  • Print

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp powdered nut butter (mine was the PB2 85% less fat, sweetened)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa/chocolate powder (or a little less, if you don’t like dark)
  • 1 1/2 tsp zero calorie syrup* OR half a banana (this changes the nutrition information)
  • water

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, give the dry ingredients a good mix!
  2. Mix in your choice of sweetener (feel free to adjust based on personal preference!)
  3. Add water until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Have a spoonful straight out of the bowl!

*substitute the exact same amount for honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.
